The Bone Cancer Research Trust (BCRT) is a charity dedicated to improving outcomes for people affected by Primary Bone Cancer. We aim to achieve this improvement through research, awareness, information and support.
An opportunity has arisen at BCRT, for an Accounts Assistant. This role is to assist the Accounting Technician with the accounting function of the charity.
Initially the Accounts Assistant will be responsible for setting up purchase orders, monitoring related expenditure, compiling invoice payment summaries, assisting the fundraiser with monthly stock takes, preparation of quarterly Gift Aid claims supported by volunteers and other ad hoc work as required.
